One Odoo platform for a multi-company energy consultancy: Tunérgia replaces Telegram, Excel and scattered tools.
After sixteen years on paper, Excel and an unmonitored Telegram channel, Tunérgia consolidated leads, projects and approvals into one Odoo platform with Dynapps.

Before Dynapps stepped in.
Pepe Córdoba founded Tunérgia and, by his own account, set the whole thing in motion before others joined him. Over sixteen years it became one of Spain's better-known energy consultancies, advising clients on electricity and gas. It also grew up in a paper world: contracts moved by courier, invoices arrived by post, and everything was scanned, photocopied and tracked in Excel against delivery notes and shipments. As the sector digitised around it, Tunérgia adapted one tool at a time, adding accounting software and new programs as it went. By the time the team sat down to study the market properly, the question was no longer whether to consolidate, but onto what, and who could help them do it.

The challenge
Where the cracks showed.
The channel that became everything
Like most teams, Tunérgia lived in instant messaging, and internally that meant Telegram, chosen for how well it handled files and information. But the same channel carried daily chatter, client queries, distributor requests and task hand-offs all at once. Nothing was monitored or structured, so tasks slipped, information was passed on badly, and clients felt it.
Commercial potential with nowhere to land
Managing the firm's commercial pipeline was, in Emanuel's words, a headache. Leads and new lines of work arrived from outside through different routes, with no single place a department could go to find them.
Several companies, several rulebooks
Tunérgia is not one business but several, with multiple teams and business lines, each running its own process design. Many of those teams shared the same underlying workflows, yet without a common system there was no standard to hold them to: the same process looked different depending on which company or team you stood in, and each one had to be rebuilt from scratch rather than replicated.
Why Tunérgia chose one platform, and an Odoo partner to run it.
The catalyst was less a single event than the sector itself shifting. As energy work digitised around them, Tunérgia's team set out to study what the market offered and ran a short evaluation of several tools. One judgement was the customer's own: in Pepe Córdoba's framing, Odoo on its own was incomplete without someone to help them start, understand and use it. Just as their clients need an energy consultant, Tunérgia needed an Odoo consultant. They settled on Odoo as one platform, with Dynapps to run it. It could hold all of Tunérgia's companies and flows in a single place, so they committed to it and brought in Dynapps to start, learn and build an internal team alongside.

How the rollout really happened
The rollout, year by year.
2024
Dynapps and Tunérgia begin working together to consolidate the company onto one Odoo platform.
2026
Operates as a team across 5 offices, running Odoo v18 in production across internal operations and public-facing services.
CRM and projects as one traceable system, with signatures and surveys built in.
When Dynapps came in, the job was to pull Tunérgia's scattered communication into one traceable place. Linking CRM with Projects meant the leads, client exchanges and distributor requests that used to live in Telegram and assorted apps now flow into one system, with automations on top: reminders so a lead is never forgotten and stage logic that prompts the next step. Three Dynapps Core modules then extended the platform where standard Odoo stopped.
Advanced Digital Signature lets a signature be requested from any record, tracked in that record and held until it is completed, with the document auto-generated from the system's own PDF and no external file to upload. Advanced Surveys works the same way: requested from any record and completable on behalf of an internal user, turning it into a way to evaluate third parties as the flow advances. The Employee Portal lets staff log attendance and manage absences themselves, without an internal user licence.
Modules: CRM, projects, Dynapps Core: Advanced Digital Signature, Dynapps Core: Advanced Surveys, Dynapps Core: Employee Portal, internal chat in Odoo (replacing Telegram for work), automations (reminders, stage gating).
The discipline throughout.
The discipline that held the build together was process standardisation. Workflows were configured in Odoo in a standard way, so the group stopped depending on whichever tool or channel each team happened to use, and information became centralised, shared and integrated across every company. The pay-off came next: once a process was standardised, any improvement to it replicated automatically across every company and team that used it, which turned continuous improvement from an aspiration into something operational. The test Tunérgia now puts to others is blunt: count how many tools you use to run the company, then ask whether one of them could hold them all.

We don't see one without the other, Odoo and Dynapps.

Pepe Córdoba
CEO at TunérgiaThe flow management model Dynapps built with Tunérgia, now productised for the technology sector.
What Tunérgia pushed Dynapps to build was a flow management model with a clear logic: standardise a single workflow and make it reusable across every company in the group and every team within each company, so that one organisational change in the system propagates automatically across all active flows. That model has since been productised for the technology sector, where the volume and variety of systematised flows is especially high, but the logic of flow management and integration applies to companies in other sectors that need to configure specific workflows for their operations and replicate them across multi-company or multi-team environments.

The numbers
Tunérgia by the numbers: tariff switches, installations and savings.
These figures set the scale of the operation now running on one platform: the volume Tunérgia processes, the team behind it, and the result it has delivered for customers.
430,000+
electricity and gas tariff switches processed
51
active staff members
357
energy efficiency installations
€2M+
saved on customers' electricity and gas bills
From 'which tool do I check?' to 'it's all in one place'
The real win is not a number but a change in the default question. Before, running Tunérgia meant first asking which channel a given lead, file or approval was sitting in: Telegram, Excel, one app or another, and trusting nothing had slipped between them. Now the question is simpler. The work lives in one platform, traceable from the opportunity it started in to the signature that closed it. For a firm built on managing other people's energy contracts, getting its own house onto a single channel changed how seriously the day-to-day runs.
If this sounds familiar, let’s talk.
Wherever your business is heading and wherever it's getting stuck, an expert who has run this kind of work is the right person to start with, before you commit to a direction or a platform.
