The categories of personal data we may collect include, but are not limited to:

  • Identification and contact information: first and last name, email address if you use our contact form.

  • Data related to the provision of our products and services, as well as related marketing activities: quotes, invoices, payment information, products and services provided, contracts, etc.

  • Marketing data and data related to the use of our website and social media: marketing preferences, subscription and unsubscription requests, participation in events organized by Dynapps, posts on the social media platforms we manage (Facebook, Instagram, blogs, forums, etc.), browser type, language preference, IP address, etc.

We process the following data based on your consent:

  • Direct Marketing: With your consent, we process your email address and/or phone number for marketing purposes.

  • Cookies: We use essential cookies when you browse our website, and, with your consent, we use non-essential cookies for marketing and analytics purposes.

4. Who We Share Your Personal Data With

Your personal data may be processed or accessed in the countries or regions where Dynapps’ service providers, subcontractors, or business partners are located.

In the absence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission regarding the country of destination, appropriate safeguards will be implemented in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.  Public data is retained for a maximum of one year.

  • risk and incident assessment and management;

7. How to Exercise Your Rights as a Data Subject

Depending on the processing activities and the legal basis, you have several rights that allow you to maintain control over your personal data:

This policy supplements the public Privacy Policy and therefore outlines the main changes. We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time as necessary.

  • Identification and Contact Information: first and last name, username, address, landline and/or cell phone number, email address, NIR (social security number), passport number, ID card number, copy of passport or ID card, company registration number, BIS registry number, vehicle registration number, etc.

  • Data on personal information and family composition: gender, age, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, immigration status, marital status, marriage or common-law partnership, spouse’s or partner’s name, children’s names, number of children, dependents, date of marriage, date of common-law partnership agreement, date of divorce, etc.

8. How long is your personal data retained?

Data on unsuccessful candidates is retained after the recruitment process concludes so that we may contact them again for future job openings. This data is retained for up to two years after the last contact with the unsuccessful candidate (unless explicit consent is given for a longer-term resume pool, with renewal of consent).

The information regarding selected candidates is added to the employee's personnel file. In this regard, please refer to our employee privacy policy.

9. What are your rights as a data subject?

Depending on the processing and the legal basis, you have the following rights:

  • right of access;
